The location of this property was absolutely perfect! It was right by the marina, offering stunning views from the bedroom window. Being able to wake up to such a beautiful sight was a wonderful experience. the property was recently decorated and had a new, spacious bathroom. It was clean and bright, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay.
One thing we didn't particularly like about this property was the lack of parking. It was quite inconvenient to have to find street parking and there were also additional charges for parking elsewhere.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming cottage. The location was unbeatable, with stunning views of the marina right from our bedroom window. The cottage may be cozy in size, but it was perfect for us as a couple. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the bathroom was even better than some hotel bathrooms we've seen. The staff was thoughtful and provided all the necessary toiletries. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and waking up to the gorgeous view every morning was a highlight. The proximity to pubs, restaurants, and shops made exploring the area a breeze.
Could not be improved in any way.

I had a delightful stay at Laverick Steps. As a couple, we were looking for a cozy and romantic getaway, and this cottage provided exactly that. The room dimensions were just right for us, and the stunning marina views from our bedroom window were breathtaking. The location couldn't have been better, with the convenience of nearby shops, restaurants, and the famous Magpie Cafe for some mouthwatering fish and chips. The bathroom was excellent, the bedding clean and crisp, and the little touches like a bottle of wine and biscuits made us feel right at home. a clean, tidy, and homely property.
Would recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at Laverick Steps. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the waterfront. The location was perfect, opposite our favorite pub, The Fleece, and away from the crowds. The staff treated us with great hospitality, providing complimentary wine, biscuits, and milk upon our arrival.
Breakfast selection could have been better, with more variety and options to choose from.

The rooms were clean and recently decorated, making them feel fresh and inviting. The bathroom was massive and modern, providing a luxurious experience. I also loved the fact that the property was located near our favorite pub, which had a nice terrace away from the crowds. This allowed us to enjoy a relaxing drink in a peaceful atmosphere.
That the kitchen and dining area were quite small, without any sofas to relax on. This made it less ideal for self-catering, especially during the off-season when everything was closed.

No living room area with sofas.

The value for money at Laverick Steps was exceptional, with comfortable rooms and stunning views. The location was perfect, near pubs, restaurants, and shops. The staff treated us wonderfully, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more variety in the offerings.

The bathroom was absolutely amazing, with a jaw-dropping size and a great bath. The bedroom was super comfortable, and the view of the waterfront was mind-blowing. We were pleasantly surprised by the bottle of wine and fresh coffee, a very welcoming touch. The downstairs area was small but well laid out. Despite the few steep and narrow stairs, we would definitely stay here again for its homely and comfortable atmosphere, excellent location, and the abundance of great dining options nearby. The shopping facilities were also fantastic, with charming gift shops to explore. We were lucky to have fabulous weather and enjoyed driving to various sightseeing spots in the area. The free wi-fi in public areas and the off-site car park were convenient, and the kitchen, although a bit dark, had all the necessary cookware and utensils. Plus, the no-pets policy ensured a clean and tidy property.

I had a marathon workout every day with those narrow and winding steps, but hey, at least I earned my dessert!
Who needs comfortable seating when you can listen to your neighbors smoke and spy on them through the kitchen window?

Quaint and quirky decor, high standard of cleanliness, stunning marina view, would stay again.
Nothing bad to say.
